LIMITED WARRANTY

At Just The Glass, we stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. This limited warranty is provided to give our customers confidence and peace of mind.

🔷 SEALED GLASS UNIT WARRANTY

We warrant that all insulated glass units (IGUs) supplied and installed by Just The Glass will be free from defects in materials and workmanship causing seal failure for a period of:

10 Years from the date of installation

Seal failure is defined as:

• Moisture, fogging, or condensation between the panes of glass 
• Loss of the hermetic seal of the insulated unit

If seal failure occurs within the warranty period, we will supply a replacement insulated glass unit at no charge.

🔷 LABOUR WARRANTY

We provide a 10-Year Labour Warranty from the date of installation, covering defects directly related to our installation workmanship.

Labour warranty applies only to installations performed by Just The Glass and does not cover issues caused by external factors including, but not limited to, building movement, structural shifting, or pre-existing frame deficiencies.

🔷 WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover:

• Glass breakage, cracks, or physical damage after installation  
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents  
• Building movement, structural shifting, or improper framing  
• Pre-existing conditions with window frames, sashes, or surrounding materials  
• Improper care, cleaning, or maintenance  
• Modifications to the glass, including the application of aftermarket films or tints  
• Condensation on the exterior surfaces of the glass (this is a normal occurrence)  
• Natural variations in glass appearance that do not affect performance  

🔷 WARRANTY CONDITIONS

• This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable  
• Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims  
• Just The Glass must be given reasonable access to inspect and remedy any issue  
• Replacement products and labour will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period only 

🔷 LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

This warranty is limited solely to the repair or replacement of the insulated glass unit and applicable labour as outlined above.  

Just The Glass shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to property damage or personal injury.

While not all situations are covered under warranty, we are committed to working with our customers in good faith to find fair and reasonable solutions whenever possible.
